Financial Information

Here at Progressive Periodontics, we understand the importance of providing exceptional care and share your concerns regarding the cost. We want our patients to feel comfortable regarding their financial and insurance matters, and urge you to give us a call at anytime if you have any questions regarding our financial policies.

Dental Insurance 

Although we are not contracted with any insurance company, we will happily submit claims to most insurance companies on your behalf. Please consult your dental insurance company’s out of network benefit booklet prior to your visit with us. Our staff is happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding the use of your insurance benefits.

Patient Financing 

We understand that financial options are important for our patients. For this reason, we provide interest free financing through Lending Club Patient Solutions for our patients that qualify. Lending Club offers a variety of interest freeoptions with a convenient online application.

What to Expect

When you arrive for your first appointment with us, you'll be greeted by our lovely patient coordinator, April. If you didn't have a chance to fill out your paperwork before hand, this will be your chance! April will escort you to our cozy consult room, where you can relax at the table and complete your forms.

You'll be met in the room by Alysia, our treatment coordinator. She'll give you some quick details about our office and spend some time getting to know more about you and your concerns. Alysia will be your go-to person for anything and everything regarding your treatment with our office.

Next, you will be escorted to our spacious exam room where you will meet with Dr. Thanik. He will take the time to examine your areas of concern and develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to your dental needs.

You will meet with Alysia back in our consult room to discuss your treatment plan, financial options, insurance information, and scheduling. If you have questions, you'll be glad to know that she will happily help.

Scheduling Information

Our office is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Tuesday through Friday. We break for lunch every day from 12 pm to 1 pm. Our staff will be happy to help you find an appointment during business hours that fits your busy schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Because we reserve time especially for you, we ask that you please give us 48 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will give us time to offer that appointment slot to another patient who is in need of exceptional periodontal care. Thank you for your appreciation of this policy
